Overview
The Raahat Project is designed to provide information to help improve self care capability of young queer youth. Through this project, we aim to help young LGBTQIA++ persons to overcome their emotional barriers and lead a healthy lifestyle. Our team of experts composed of psychologists, counsellors, and mental health professionals have conceptualised this project to create a safe space for people to learn about their own mental health.
